Located at Grand Canal Square, its Power Plate studio will be open until 9pm, where two personal trainers will be on hand to help the race participants cool down. When used for massage, the Power Plate helps to prevent injury by helping to increase circulation and oxygenate blood flow to the muscles, tendons and joints. This results in a decrease in toxins in the body, which greatly reduces fatigue and accelerates recovery. To find out more about BodySmart, go to www.bodysmart.ie
