The Art of Coffee cafe - a new addition to Docklands!
A new cafe, The Art of Coffee has opened in the Docklands. Opened by Anatoliy Kyrychenko and Ruslan Mocharskyy, The Art of Coffee is located in the Altro Vetro Building on Pearse street. With beautiful views of the canal it offers the peace and quiet that you expect from a quality coffee bar.
Ruslan Moncharskyy is an award winning barista (3rd place Irish barista championship 2006, 3rd place European team coffee challenge 2007) as well as a training the Irish Barista Champion in 2007. He came to Ireland from the Ukraine about 10 years ago. Ruslan has worked in restaurant industry for over a decade. He always took a special interest in making an excellent cup of coffee and he has managed to achieve the highest results in coffee making in Ireland.
All the coffees are made with "Coffee Angel" espresso beans, which has long been the coffee of choice for many Docklanders. Reasonably priced sandwiches and baked goods are also on offer. Making the Art of Coffee a destination definitely worth visiting!
