The Entertaining! Class is designed for those who want to lean how to produce a delicious three course meal to impress family and frineds. As well as the three courses we will be showing guests how to make crusty homemade bread to serve with our Spring asparagus soup. Mitchell & Son have picked excellent wines to complement the meal so there'll be no stopping you entertaining! As always participants will sample all food and wine on the evening.
