Observations/ Objections/ Complaints

Planning and development is a public process. You have the right to participate in this process by commenting on planning applications or by making complaints about current developments.
Everyone has this right - even if you are not personally affected by the application or development.

Submit your comments or complaints

• Object to or support an application for planning permission [1].
• Complain about a development that does not have planning permission or that has broken its planning conditions. [2]

Note: If your own application for planning permission has been refused or if you disagree with conditions of the decision, you can submit a planning appeal [3].
