Making a 3rd Party Submission

Property owners, residents and others with a property interest within the relevant Planning Scheme area or immediately adjacent to it can make submissions to the Docklands Authority on section 25 applications.

Third parties may provide observations and/or objections or statements of support in respect of any application received by the Docklands Authority and should be received within 10 working days from the day following the date of registration. Third party submissions must be attached to a Third Party Submission Application Form.
