On Foot

Printer-friendly version

There are many excellent pedestrian linkages between the North and South of the city in the Docklands. The Sean O’Casey Bridge, located on city quay on the southside and Custom House Quay on the Northside has made a huge difference to how people get around, with the IFSC being only 5 minutes from Merrion Square now!

Also open, The Samuel Beckett Bridge located on Sir John Rogerson's Quay on the southside and Guild Street on the Northside contains footpaths for pedestrian use.

Take a stroll through Dublin Docklands where old meets new and soak up the atmosphere, beauty and character throughout.
